By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. By accessing or using our Services you represent that you are eighteen (18) years old or above. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use the Services. Healthy You provides personalized health and wellness services, including but not limited to primary care, specialist consultations, fitness programs, meal plans, and nutrition guidance. Our Services aim to empower Ghanaians to achieve optimal health through integrated, accessible solutions. To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You shall pay a onetime base fee of Ten Ghana Cedis (GHS). You shall be responsible for the payment of any consultation fee charged by the health and wellness service providers. This is distinct from the aforementioned base fee. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of Healthy You or any third party. You shall not misrepresent your identity or provide false information when using the Services. The Services, including all content, software, and other materials, are owned by Healthy You or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Services without prior written consent from Healthy You. The Services may include links to third-party websites or services. Healthy You is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Ghana. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. We may make reasonable efforts to provide you with prior notice of any material change to these Terms and Conditions. The determination of what constitutes a material change shall be at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after an amendment takes effect, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as amended. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction or an existing law or a law that comes into effect after your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the remaining provisions will continue in force and effect.
